Becka Brown, a member of the Northern Lights Dancers, dances during the holiday gathering at the Kotzebue Episcopal Church's Cudd Hall. In the old days traditional hunters would get together at the end of the year in Kotzebue for dancing, singing, and Eskimo games competition. Changing times ended the get-togethers, but the church has brought them back. This year the event was well attended all 7 nights, mostly by younger people from the community.
