Got a packet of these last year.
I thought they would be like small Romas,
They turned out more like a cherry tomato.
Four plants that started out slow and by the end
of season was picking like a banjo player
on a sinking river boat. Playing faster didn't help.
They are so good. Great in salads and soups.
A pan of Hamma Hamma oysters then toss
in a hand full of Prairie Fires, dice up a carrot,
beet, chard, parsley, kale, dill, green beans.
Whatever is in the garden and ready to go.
Try to not add to much stuff.
Simmer it down, toss in a chunk of
Swiss Raclette cheese and fresh chopped garlic
right before you put it in an omelette.
With all that the flavor of the
Prairie Fire Tomato
will still come through.
Sweet amazing little fruits!
If you garden?
You Have to try these. (Let me know how it works out)
