Sometimes when driving long distances you have
to stop to walk around. It's good for you!
Of course I am looking for something to photograph.
Shortly after this we found a country store/cafe/bar?
We looked around and found some local wildflower honey.
We asked and the apiary was over in the next valley.
This area was rolling hills covered with open forests.
The Honey has a beautiful golden hue that already had crystals in it.
I wish we had bought a case because the
2023 version from this apiary is Heaven in a jar.
If we ever make it back that way now we know
where to stop to stretch our legs and buy some more honey
