... With what's at hand.

I knew that a lot of space was going to be used to dry onions.
So I needed to make space to dry garlic so I made a rack in the shop.
I actually did use what was at hand!
All this stuff was within 5 feet of where it was used.
It worked out because the shop is, minimally, a bit
more organized in that one corner of the shop.
The rest is an ugly mess though I do kinda get stuff done.

Was growing several varieties of Garlic and have narrowed it
down to one soft neck and one hard-neck (makes scapes)
Have a new bed for the garlic and I am growing
a cover crop of clovers and beans on it first.
That crop will be turned under around Labor Day
Garlic goes in mid October.
So... We'll see how this goes
