After growing the pods and picking them at just the right time,
it takes an experienced hand to carefully follow through many steps.
When done right you can tell by how the pods look and the extremely rich aroma.
Real vanilla is expensive for a reason, it is labor intensive and it’s
risky and tricky to get a good outcome, but worth it!
