14 years back we got 3 little bulbs for free with an order of trees.
At the time I had no place to put them so I jammed them in the dirt
of a wheelbarrow garden I had for the convenience of being
able to move it out of the way. It got parked out behind a shed
and pretty much ignored. The trees grew out around it so the lilies
struggled to get enough light until last fall I moved them up front
by the new parking area. We have been rewarded with this!
