I would say that everyone was right. 1st 3 are an Orange-crowned Warbler, and last 2 are an American Pipit

Looks like we're all on the same track.
The first three are Orange-crowns and the last two are Pipits.

The first three look like an Orange-crowned Warbler. The last two are definitely an American Pipit.

I think the smaller bird is female common yellowthroat and bird in water is American Pipit
