Ganesha (Ganapati to some) is one of the most popular dieties
in the Hindu pantheon. Some say the most popular. A
devotee prays to Ganesha first when embarking on any new
venture. For me, he represents a turning point in my
life--that it is alright to ask for help and that
there are no guarantees. A glance to my left will
reassure me of that the rest of my life.
Thanks again, Donna, for the excellent idol.
