dying since the day they were born.

The golden colour of the branches works well against the blue sky.

I like how the branches appear so delicate and the diffuse you used as well. I like that it is only partially used, or at least appears that way.

Her lyrics fit the image well. There is a sadness and simplicity to the picture, and yet I like it a lot. The tree reaching out from the side into emptiness, bare branches. Bare branches have always made me think of things stripped away.
