2008-2009 Season - AACB 30th Anniversary

Mr. Roberts and his Symphony Band have received high honors at festivals in Toronto, Virginia Beach, Washington D.C., San Antonio, Boston and Anaheim.

Scott Boerma is Associate Director of Bands, Director of the Michigan Marching Band and the Donald R. Shepherd Associate Professor of Conducting at the University of Michigan.

Jerry Bilik (b. 1933) is a composer, arranger, songwriter, conductor and director of stage productions. In 1951 he entered the University of Michigan sitting 18 out of 19 trombones in the marching band. Because then band director William D. Revelli could never remember his name, Jerry volunteered to do an arrangement for the marching band. Since then he has completed more than 1,000 arrangements for Michigan and other major US college bands.
