I went and watched the big switch on of the fountain last night,
although it had rained for most of the day as soon as i got down there
the sun appeared and this sky and even a mini rainbow!(below)

was a good night, most of the island turned out for the event.
the big switch on happened at 9.30pm when it was just dark enough
and the fountain was switched on to the sound of Wet, Wet, Wet on the stereo (hmmm!)
