I used to live at 4 Blain Terrace and like Davy says, you can knock the houses down but the memories of a great place to live will always remain. I loved living up Ballochgoy, the people were friendly and close knit. A safe place to live that will be sadly missed. Best wishes to all who live in the remaining houses and good luck to all those who may occupy the new houses if they build some. George Kerr.

The bottom right hand flat 48 St Brides Rd in this pic is where I was living from age 9 yrs to age 17yrs. I was down a few years ago when the Goy was still standing, sad to say the least. Now most of the top terrace is gone, one thing (they) can't take away is all the memories that I still have of those bygone days and the characters that inhabited the top and surrounding terraces. Thank you Zac whoever you are for the excellent pics.
Kind Regards
Davy Russell.
