Sorry about that. The first comment was supposed to refer to the work on Port Bannatyne pier. I don't think SEPA are going to sink the VIC-32 (tho', on the other hand...)

Apparently SEPA (Scottish Environmental Protection Agency) isn't happy to have the old boat removed in case nasty stuff is released into the bay. So it's stuck there for the time being.
