Thank you Kelly. It's basic, but usually requires a filter to help. You need as small an aperture as you can use...but most cameras won't stop down enough. So a combination of a small aperture (high F-stop number) AND an ND400 filter will darken the scene to the camera's lens enough to require a really long shutter speed.
