A half day trip to this small city where the silk it produces is the best in China. Visited a private home & garden and a silk factory.
The furnitures in the private home is about 500 years old, and I have to say they are still in excellent condition (with the nice polish) and the quality of the wood is far better than the ones we get these days. I was told that those trees have already died out.
