It was a very nice and sunny day in Madrid, and so I thought it'll be the same in Segovia as it's only 30 minutes away by (high speed) train. GOsh.. I was wrong. When the train passed the mountains to the "other side", it's as if I have entered a completely different country. It was foggy, cloudy and much colder than Madrid. However, Segovia is a very nice town and very famous for its suckling pig. I like pork but when I saw that roast piglet on the plate, I just don't have the appetite.
In anyhow, it's a great day-trip from Madrid.
