A red to brighten up the day

The hips on this rather large shrub rose hang on into the depths of winter and await me and the pruners to nip them all off, though the birds get a few. The rose is a picture in spring with the blush pink double blooms, then the hips arrive for the rest of the season.

Cut & place in a vase with other autumn colours & sit on a window on the dining room table !! Look great
