Field of Fava Bean

Auburn, South Australia

Over the road from the mini-golf-cafe-nursery was this field of fava bean, similar to
a broad bean and grown as a crop alternative to the normal wheat barley etc. Many
farmers in this area grow lentils, chick peas and fava bean as a rotation crop.
Also the practice of minimum til is obvious in this photo.

Thanks to Raymond for correcting me re the name of the bean!
