Rose pruning time

At home

This is a charming little rose called "Alfred de Dalmas" akas
"Mousseline" from the 19th century, you can see the moss growing
on the stem, but no flowers this time of year, he only flowers in
our late spring. The blooms are tiny, so are the leaves.
No pruning for this one, its the wrong time of year when they only bloom once.

Here is a photo taken many years ago of the little rose. The broken icon works if you click on it.

Canon EOS 40D ,Tamron SP AF 90mm f/2.8

You have reminded me to get onto my pruning too. I still have some roses flowering too - but they aren't very big
