Flour for the bread

Dick makes his own bread almost daily, and this was yesterday's loaf, and especially for you,
a dish of the flour. He uses a mixture which often includes a German whole-grain mix & spelt, but he'd run out of spelt, so here is his recipe for this particular loaf. (Thanks Sheila for the idea!)

3 cups crusty white pre-mix flour - a bread machine mix.
230-mls water
2 teaspoons dehydrated yeast
dehydrated garlic powder, fennel seeds, grated Parmesan cheese.

His option when he has spelt, is replacing 1 cup of the above flour with spelt whole-meal flour.
