Restricted to 50-Ks an hour making it easier for pedestrians who
wish to cross over the road. The main form of transport in our
area is the private car.

Speed limits not followed in Calif. Max speed on freeways are 65MPG, usually 70MPG is the ave. speed in the slow lane! Nice shot

Good choice. Houston is also a car city. Unfortunately most cars have only one rider, the driver.

50kmh is good if you're a pedestrian but slow if you're driving :-( Looks like you had RAIN :-)
