This school started out as a sod school house --until this was built in 1886.

A write-up says this is where Mrs. J.E. Donaldson (Frances Porter) who lived one mile east started to school.

Albion High School students that were in the Class of 1954 that attended this school are Frank Dybdall and Virginia Donaldson, Mrs. J.E. Donaldson's granddaugter.
