This is a place to share photos with the the members of the Albion Nebraska High School (now known as "Boone Central") Class of MCMLIV in the year MMIX,... LV years later!

The small images on this page are called "thumbnails." A thumbnail might represent just a single photo. You can enlarge a photo and read its caption (if it has one) by "clicking" the thumbnail with your mouse. A thumbnail also might be the representative image of a "gallery" of even more photos. Clicking on the thumbnail of a gallery will display thumbnail images of all the photos in that gallery. These photos can also be enlarged by clicking their thumbnails. You can click any of the "other sizes" buttons below each enlarged photo to select from the available viewing sizes. Usually selecting the "large" size will give you a good view without the picture overflowing your monitor's screen.

There is sometimes a "slide show" button above and to the right of a gallery's thumbnail photos. It can be clicked to view a slide show of all the single photos in the gallery (but not the sub-gallerys). To escape from a slide show, click the "thumbnails" button at the top of the window. The "previous" and "next" buttons located at the upper and lower right sides of a photo can be clicked to switch to adjacent photos in a gallery. To return to this page, click on the words "Albion High School Class of 1954 in 2009" at the top of any page in the hierarchy of pages that follows this one.

Contribute your own photos by e-mailing them as digital "attachments" to a note sent to ahs1954@yahoo.com . If you want to, include a caption with each one. If you want any basic editing or corrections (crops, color correction, sharpening, red-eye removal, borders, etc.) before posting the photos here, just ask. If you have any printed photos (on paper, not digital) that you'd like to offer, ask about that too in an e-mailed note. If you send them to me, I can "scan" them and will return the originals to you. Submit your photos soon, and for certain before the Saturday June 20th alumni banquet... especially if you are unable to attend in person! Send your e-mail address to the alumni committee at cardinalalumni@yahoo.com to receive updates about the banquet and other events in Albion that weekend.
