As a pre-celebration of our 30th wedding anniversary, I spent five days with Maggie and my daughter Michelle at Sapporo and Otaru. Eddie, my son can't join us since he's saving his vacation for his trip to New York next January to attend his friend's wedding. We joint the tour orgainized by Hong Thai. There's a total of 41 participants plus two guides Ms Lee Woon and Louis. Well we ate a lot of good stuff such as snow crab, hairy crab, spineless sea-urchin, O-toro, Matsukaya steak, etc. I even skied for the first time for over an hour (actually fallen flat thrice and skied successfully for around five minutes!).
