The first leg of our Michigan Tour was at Traverse City, where we visited the Music House Museum in Acme and the National Seashore "Sleeping Bear Dunes"(The"National Seashore" is actually a National Park)

The Music House Museum displayed many Nickelodian Pianos, player pianos and organs, including the rare large T. mortier Player Pipe organ, which has a repertory of 2,200 dance tunes and light classics. We were priviledged to hear the sounds of the various instruments.

The "Sleeping Bear Dunes" cover a beautiful lake beach area with some dunes measuring 4 feeet in height.
