I suppose in today's airline industry an hour delay is something to be thankful for and believe me I am. Last week I was delayed 4 hours. But the reason this time was that the plane was having minor mechanical problems. The wipers were not working. It was strange watching the mechanics fix the wipers like they would in a car. For me a plane has always been a machine of higher being. A machine that flies above all else. This grounded my flight and I guess the plane too. they had to find another plane for us.
