Lake Geneva is a charming lake town less than 2 hours from Chicago. It is just across the border from Illinois into Wisconsin. The town has less than 8000 people but on weekends on holidays you would never believe it. It is a huge tourist spot, with crowds thronging to lunge on the beach shores of the lake and to go boating on the lake. There are many boat rental agencies and one of the best is Leather Lips Boat Rentals. They have lots of wave runners and speed boats and rent them by the hour. This is another great weekend getaway spot.
