I guess he is just a beggar who happens to be religious. There is nothing wrong in that, and perhaps you should consider tweaking the title a little bit. Nice pic though.

it isn't begging.it is indeed way of life .it is better than the one sideed ,cheating politicans of tamilnadu.

it is not begging in the name of religion as you have wrongly captioned. And hinduism need not beg from anyone. May be it is better to beg than to cheat in the name of profession like doctor, advocate, and what not.
