I have come down and shopped in this store for years and have always enjoyed it. I do know at times that I have bought a bunch of shirts and I have spent quite a bit of money here in this store. During some years, I have admired a particular beach towel that hangs above one of the doors...it is very big with dolphins, sea turtles and all sorts of fish. This time when I went in to the store on my trip, I had some extra money avail to me and wanted to treat myself to it. I inquired about it through the manager, Rotem. I asked to buy one from him. He said that they didn't have any. I was crushed because I had admired it for years. I asked if I could please buy one of the display ones, NO! He told me to go to port aransas to get it. Port A was not on my trip plan. There were 2 hanging back to back. I do not know why I could not buy one! He then told me that he was going to the store in Port A and to come back the next day that he would have it. I was happy that he was caring enough to do this. Well, I come back the next day...Guess what? HE WAS NOT WORKING THAT DAY AND NO TOWEL. I asked the staff in there...they probably would not have minded selling the one way above the door but tried to reach Rotem, he didn't answer. Fact of the matter is...I wasted alot of time and gas going back. I am very upset and will probably never shop in that store ever again. That is a horrible way to conduct business and treat a repeat customer!!!
