Carlsbad Caverns New Mexico

When your monitor is properly adjusted you should see all 26 shades of the image.

There are no colored lights in the caverns. The some of the different colors rendered in the images are the result of different light sources producing a variety of color temperatures.
No flash units were used in capturing these images though it was my first attempt at light painting in some pictures.

I remember my grandparents speaking of this place and then there was Little Lettuce. National Geographic reports of those marvels of nature in their August 2010 issue.
