On 8 June a group of Welwyn Engineering Group retirees met up with some of their associates (also retired) who worked at Mitcheldean on the manufacturing and procurement of the same programmes. For many it was more than 10 years since they had worked together. More than 30 retirees (roughly half from each location) met at the Yew Tree Inn, Cliffords Mesne for a pub lunch.
