Angelo and Raffaella took off in October 2010 to trek to the Everest Base Camp in the Himalayas. He said "we flew into Kathmandu, where we spent three days before taking a flight to Lukla, the start of the Everest trek. We were a group of 11, and walked for 17 days in a spectacular landscape (“breathtaking” would be the appropriate word, but to breathe properly is quite crucial at that elevation...) at the foot of mountains 7.000-8.000 meters high."
