Queen Mary 2 visits Port of Los Angeles

The Queen Mary 2 arrived at the Port of Los Angeles in San Pedro about 5:00 AM today. I went down this afternoon to take shots of it. Had to take a little excursion boat to get a clear view. Hope you all like seeing shots of the Worlds largest cruise ship.

I took many similar photos of the great ship. I will leave it up to you to choose (by viewing) your favorite shots and then I will trim down the number of photos. The best few will end up in my SoCal coastal gallery.

Los Angeles - The Queen Mary 2, the world's largest ocean liner, made its first West Coast call early Wednesday in preparation for a meeting with its historic namesake.

Great shots Ken! I figured you'd be there to cover it. I wanted to but couldn't make it.
