1955 Mercury Montclair Two-Door Hardtop. A very successful sales year for Mercury with 329,000 units sold. Mercurys for 1955 featured all new styling and the new top of the line Montclair series, although a Mercury Monterey Station Wagon with simulated wood panels was the most expensive car Mercury offered for '55.
