. I resized your online image up to about 5mb (1200x1575)
2. Ran Filter>texture>grain>73/50/speckle
3. Extracted the blue channel (ctrl+3, mode>grayscale, mode>rgb)
4. Took an image of old paper, copied it over the rigging pic, and set the blend to multiply. Reduced the opacity to look right. Maybe lightened it up with curves after that, don't recall.
It would look a little cleaner on a larger, less compressed image. Here's another one I did a long time ago that way.
