Were you in Spain this month, Xin? If so, you sure get around! In any event, this is a startlingly incongruous image. Your vantage point, as Shannon implies, does the trick. It stresses the emergence of the face from the door -- the rest of its body seems to be trapped inside. As in life, we are given glimpses of freedom, but we are often restrained from doing anything about it. She is not going anywhere for awhile, is she?
