Ohrid (Охрид)

Set upon the northeastern shores of Lake Ohrid and blessed with great scenic beauty, the small city of Ohrid is Macedonia's biggest tourist center. Rich in cultural and ecclesiastical heritage - once being home to 365 churches - it has been listed as UNESCO World Heritage site since 1980.
