Entrance of the former Tōkyō Imperial Hotel

Meiji-Mura Museum, Inuyama, Japan

Built in 1923 by Frank Lloyd Wright, the Tōkyō Imperial Hotel is the probably the park's most famous structure. Only the lobby and entrance hall has been retained from the original structure, the rest of which was demolished in 1968. The hotel is particularly well-known as having survived the Great Kantō Earthquake of 1923, which razed much of Tōkyō and Yokohama.
