Canon colours are back, baby.
I was unhappy both with all the film simulations in my Fuji cameras,
and the rendering I would occasionally get with my Olympus equipment,
and I've always disliked any Panasonic camera I got for some reason.
The photo of Arlo with the horses is painful,
because the colours are just dreadful that the G9 gave me in that lighting.
I found when I was making Arlo's gallery that I was most fond of the Canon photos.
So, I went and bought an M6 to start, and eventually acquired an R8 shortly thereafter.

This is a somewhat sad photo as the large chestnut tree fell not long ago,
and the neighbour on the corner there topped their juniper bush
(both would have been on the left in this image).
Still, at least there is sunlight in this pic.
