Great gallery. Definitely envious. If and when some scumbag comes through the doorway putting my family in danger, I'll be man enough to pop a few rounds through his chest. No lib-ass justice system to give him 18 months and out on good behavior.

Nice 686. What ammo are you packing in the cylinder? Also, how does the hk-53 shoot?

Wow....I'm not even into guns really. But that look at the Stolle Teddy brings out some primal instincts! Cool gallery...thanks!

You need the local police chief or sheriff to sign off on a few forms. You then send the forms to the BATF with the check for the tax. It takes anywhere from 2-4 months start to finish.

Hell of a gallery man. Just out of curiosity I worked for an LE store this summer and dealt with a lot of class 3 owners, how long does the whole process take? I know it's $200 to the feds, then isn't it a letter from your local police chief just to make sure you're not some local low-life? And isn't it $200 per firearm? Thinking of gettting one when I get out of college. Gig 'em!

Nice pictures, I envy your collection. Oh, its perfectly legal to own Class 3 firearms, in a class 3 state, as long as thier registered with the local police and you pay your tax stamps.

Texas was a country in the 1800s...

Obviously not in Texas.

Texas is a country now? Where have I been?
WYK28-Dec-2002 00:28
Texas is still a free country. You only have to pay the $200 Federal tax stamp.
