Fresno has never been a "yucky" place.I am a third going on fourth gen. resident and I love it.Not only are we steeprd in history and culture.We have the mountains in our back yard and the beach in our front yard.Your pics are a great way of showing Fresno the love it deserves.

The lone fireplace shot in Prather...I read in our local paper that was actually a dancehall that burned down in the 30's. It was only in existence 2 years before it burned. Each year some good samaritan puts a Christmas stocking on the fireplace. Now it is turning into a high-priced development. Wonder what will become of the fireplace?

The picture of the mail woman is right in front of my parents house. My grandparents bought that house in 1941. It's wierd to have found this web site because I was looking for something completly different. Cool pics!!
