Retouch

Select the car with the Pen Tool and save the path as a selection.
Apply some slight Lens Blur to the background on a separate layer.
Apply a layer mask and use the Gradient Tool to bring back some focus to
the foreground.
Load the car selection, inverse, and lower luminosity on the background areas by using a
Curves Adjustment Layer.
Flatten, dupe the Background layer, load car selection and use USM at 30, 60, 0.
While that selection is loaded, use some Curves Adjustment Layers on the car (steepen the curve).
Finish off with Paint With Light (PWL) and a slight vignette.
