Very easy to bring an image like this back up to par.
Levels Adjustment Layer to tighten (squeeze) the histogram in.
Flatten, then Match Color. Check the Neutralize box and set the
Fade slider to 55.
Another Levels Adjustment Layer; tighten the histogram again.
Curves for a little added contrast. Flatten.
Chip Springer's Skin Fix action at atncentral.com.
Flatten and sharpen.
A 15 or 20 second retouch.
