October 16, 2006 - Confused Crocus

Cloudy today but moderating temps. Highs in the 60's. I guess the weather is so messed up that it has confused the crocuses. More than one patch of them are coming out.

Nice image Rich, it is nice to see new flowers are still coming out at this time of year. I think this is probably an autumn crocus, a colchicum.
