Hot, dry and breezy today. I've been watching these little bees working on Queen Ann's Lace for a couple of days now. I finally got one to hold still for a moment.

Great image Rich. Thought you might like to know that this is a fly in the family Tachinidae. It is Trichopoda sp. (can't be sure of the species). Voted!
