When I first posted this picture, I mistakenly identified this lovely bird as a Rosella Cockatoo. My thanks to the more knowledgable visitor to this gallery (Tirranna from Australia) who corrected my mis-identification. (That'll teach me to rely on my faulty memory and not look these things up before I post them!)
