East facing pediment of north library. Indra is riding on his three-headed elephant and is creating rain to put out fire Agni created in order to kill the naga Taksaka who lived in the forest. Agni asks Krishna and his brother Nalarama to help and they stand at either side keeping the animals from leaving the forest and firing arrow to stop the rain.
