New Years' Eve - during the day

On New Year's eve we left Exeter and drove to Bideford to Karen and Julia's. On the way we visited a nice beach on the Devon coast. Once in Bideford we joined Karen and Julia (and Nancy the dog) in their local pub and the drinking pretty much started there!
