Catching up with Fran & Kirsten

A weekend in Shrewsbury catching up with old friends Fran & Kirsten. During our weekend I got to meet Fran's little boy James, we had a nice walk around Shrewsbury involving ice-cream and random weddings, we had a slap up meal out and an interesting walk home and a beautiful (but steep) trek up Pistyll Rhaeadr - One of the seven wounders of Wales...and taller than Niagara Falls!
