Coma Cluster

The Coma Cluster, or Melotte 111, is our closest neighbour open cluster.

The image is RGB 80-80-80 for a total exposure of 4 hours. Equipment is a Pentax 400mm f/4 refrator with an FLI ProLine 16803 camera. This combination produces a square field 5 degrees on a side.
